One mailbox, and where each route goes

Everything reaches apply@thelivingcraft.ai. The routes below exist so your first message already contains what the reply needs — and so nobody has to ask you to explain your situation a second time.

No response-time commitment is published, because none has been agreed.

Where to start

Pick the row that matches your situation

You want a place on the open cohort The application form
You have a question before applying The cohort enquiry form
Your employer might fund your place Apply and choose “employer support”, then ask for the funding summary
You are exploring learning for a team The enterprise enquiry form · what it covers
You have a design decision and want a review Advisory, then a scope call
You are considering a fractional CAIO retainer The CAIO page — book a discovery call
You want a fixed-scope readiness diagnostic The AI readiness assessment
Something else entirely apply@thelivingcraft.ai

What to include

Three lines are usually enough

What you are responsible for. Not a job title — the systems and the decisions that land on your desk. A title starts an introduction; a decision starts a conversation.

The decision or question in front of you. One concrete thing. “Whether to give our assistant a tool that can act” is a better opening than “interested in AI”.

What you have already tried or ruled out. This is the part that stops the reply asking you something you have already answered.

Please do not send confidential company material, architecture documents or customer data in a first message. Industry context is enough, and what may be shared later is something a scoping conversation settles first.

What happens next

Honestly, this much

A message sent through one of the forms is delivered to the mailbox and recorded against the route you chose, so the reply picks up from what you wrote. What you write is used to reply to you and to prepare the fit conversation. Nothing else. How your details are handled describes what is known today and what is still outstanding.

You will not receive an automated acknowledgement email yet. Automated email is not in service, so nothing is sent by machine — including anything marketing-shaped. The form tells you on screen whether your submission was saved, and that message is the confirmation.

Marketing permission is separate and unticked. The words beside the box are: “Email me programme updates and practical resources from The Living Craft. I can unsubscribe at any time.” Refusing it costs nothing and does not affect an application. Changing what you receive explains how to change your mind today.

No service target is published. One is under discussion; until it has been agreed it would be a promise nobody has made.
