To stop receiving programme updates and practical resources from The Living Craft, reply to a message you have received or email apply@thelivingcraft.ai.
One line is enough
“Please stop sending me programme updates” tells us what you need. You do not need to give a reason. Write from the address you used, or tell us which address the request concerns.
Marketing permission and your enquiry are separate
You can choose whether to receive programme updates and practical resources. Declining or withdrawing that permission does not stop us responding to an enquiry you initiated.
If you want your details deleted
Ask for deletion in your email. Stopping marketing messages and deleting your enquiry or participant record are different requests. Privacy explains the information handled by the website and how to contact us about it.
