Programmes
Three routes into the same work
An individual applies to the open cohort. An employer can fund that same individual place. A team is a separate enterprise programme with its own schedule and its own scoping conversation. What you do is the same in every case: build a working agentic system and practise explaining the decisions behind it.
6 weeks, live, at ~5 hrs / week. The cohort is capped at 8 seats.
Which route fits
Choose by who decides and who pays
The open cohort
You are an experienced engineer, architect or engineering leader joining as an individual, alongside people from other organisations. Admission is by application, after a conversation about fit.
Read the cohort page Route twoAn employer-funded place
The same cohort place, paid for by your organisation. Apply as an individual and ask for the employer-funding summary; the application asks whether you are self-funded or exploring employer support.
Apply and name the funding route Route threeA programme for your team
A group from one organisation, with a schedule agreed for the group. This is a separate purchase and a separate scoping conversation — never counted as a set of individual applications.
Enterprise learningThe work itself
The same five areas, whichever route
The route decides who you sit with, who pays and how the schedule is agreed. It does not change the subject. Every route works through the same five areas against a system you have actually built.
- 01
Purpose and constraints
Frame the task, the context and the choices the system needs to support.
- 02
Tools and authority
Examine what the system may do, the evidence it needs and where a person should decide.
- 03
Evaluation
Inspect behaviour and failures, and connect findings to a useful design change.
- 04
Reliability and cost
Consider uncertain results, retries, review effort and the trade-offs around the model.
- 05
Design review
Explain the architecture, listen to challenges and identify the next useful piece of work.
The published guides work through several of these in full, if you would rather read the method before deciding.

Before you choose
What is settled, and what is not
Applying is not a purchase. It starts a discussion. Admission, payment and attendance confirmation are three separate steps, and each one involves a different person saying yes.
Industry-specific practice is the default. You do not need a company project, and confidential company material should not be sent with an application or an enquiry. Company-specific work needs its own conversation about scope and permission.
There is no certificate. The focus is the capability you develop through the work.
The cohort starts September 2026. Fees are set per region and shown on the cohort page for your own region. Payment is due one week before the cohort starts, and applying commits you to nothing.
