Start with your target role
An interview plan becomes more useful when it connects the role's expectations to evidence from your own experience. Which projects will you discuss? Which trade-offs need a clearer explanation? What should you practise first?
Work through those questions with Sunil Mathew, then test the preparation in two mocks.
For experienced candidates with a preparation goal
This package suits engineers, architects and engineering leaders who have a target role and want a clearer way to prepare. It includes experienced service-company professionals aiming for MAANG or other product-company roles, as well as experienced candidates from product companies and global capability centres.
Freshers are outside the current scope. Interview themes are agreed according to the role and supported areas; coding-round preparation is outside the listed themes.
Planning, practice and feedback

One planning session
Discuss the target role, your current preparation and the experience you need to demonstrate. Agree priorities and the themes for the mocks.

Two mock interviews
Practise supported themes such as system design, a project discussion or engineering leadership. Examine how you structure an answer and explain your choices.

Feedback to direct your next work
Use the discussion to identify gaps in reasoning, communication and supporting examples. Apply that feedback between sessions and in your continuing preparation.
Planning, both mocks and feedback fit within the three-hour live total, delivered on a weekly cadence. The session schedule is discussed before booking.
